Fantastic

Staff, Room, Breakfast, Amenities were all fantastic, especially for the price. Very very happy and would recommend to anyone, especially if you have children.

Wifi in the room was inconsistent, some places in the room did not receive any signal.

Really modern hotel with great 24 hour restaurant that serves a great varied range of breakfast in the dining room with 24 hour room service great for late night munchies ( pizzas were good).Very helpful and courteous staff, great laundromat nearby where they washed our clothes. Air conditioning in room was great and cold really helps you sleep at night and room was a great size.

Restaurant was lacking in some of the menu listed items that we asked for limiting our choice, kept apologizing saying not available, disappointed with wife's banana split as they served it without cream and nuts so it was a banana with ice cream only, we complained and refunded the cost no problem. Hotel was not located at street level but down a driveway of small businesses, some of the taxi drivers we had, found it hard to locate or not aware of Hotel Dohera.

I like their excellent staff and the way how they acted like they were a very high class hotel unlike the bigger hotels here in cebu where I’ve been in. Dohera was by far the friendliest.

It’s not what I didn’t like but what I wanted more. I wanted more varieties from their breakfast and more tasty dishes.

Some of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The rooms are a decent size.

The air conditioning was so loud the whole night despite turning it down. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable and the fridge didn’t work. The WiFi signal was okay but very on and off.

Was attending event on site.

Dirty, stairway had not been swept or cleaned in a while. Check in very inefficient, clerk left several times to attend to other customers, they should have had a second clerk on duty. Especially with a line of people checking in.

Room was comfy and spacious.Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows.Room service with very little wait time when ordering in.Staff is always friendly,courteous,smiling and had a friendly greeting every time they saw you. The floor had a cold water problem but the staff moved us promptly to another floor where the water was ok.Excellent service.!

No door entering the bathroom but there was a door for privacy in the shower and commode area. Swimming pool was 90% shaded so sun bathing was hard at times.It was located directly under the workout/exercise room.

All was great. I want recommend this hotel. 10min by car to airport. The hotel offer also trips. It was awesome. The Wifi was working for 100%. We were really surpriced from breakfast....buffet tables...there was all.

What was the highlight of Dohera Hotel

The staff here were amazing. We didn’t have long in Cebu and they got us booked on a really great trip to see the whale sharks the next day. I would also recommend this trip to everyone. It’s a very early start but well worth it ! Breakfast was good Asian or continental. The first morning we couldn’t make breakfast so the lovely people at the hotel made us a sandwich which I thought was really nice. The room was also great with 2 double beds and lots of space. They even let us have a late check out, and when we were checking out they called their van back which had already left to take us to the airport. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay.

If like us you’re just on a short stopover to see the whale sharks this hotel is great. The staff are really lovely. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

All you need for only a day, we moved from Bohol and we were expecting to catch a early flight the day after, a spacious room, swimming pool, a restaurant..... Breakfast was good

All basic, nothing sparkling, hotel needs a refresh, a bit of refurbishment. Pool and room outdated, restaurant, for dinner, decent, with limited option.

Very nice hotel. Free shuttle to airport (since we didn't get the pick up). Comfortable rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Very reasonable room service prices (the gambas were delicious).
